|Vauxhall Ventora MK 2|
In 1957 Vauxhall introduced a new medium family car known as the Victor. With its 1508cc engine and transatlantic styling it made everything else on British roads look distinctly staid. A year later the PA séries Cresta and Velox arrived with their 6 cylinder engines to complete the ‘GM in Miniature’ look to Vauxhall’s range.

With Rostyle wheels along with a central grille bar help give the VX its sporty looks. However, even with twin Strombergs and overdrive the 4/90 was not quite good for 100mph.
Launched as the new car for 1967, the PC Viscount was the top of the range flagship model, with all the extras of the PC Cresta fitted as standard equipment.
